Meet Molly Wheeler, a smart, opinionated, 15 year old girl who sees the world exactly as it is. Well, in her opinion.
Now don't get us wrong, Molly is great. Cute, spunky, kind to strangers and small animals, loyal to her friends; she just has very strong opinions on how everyone and everything should be, and doesn't quite understand why everyone doesn't share these opinions.The beautiful thing about Molly is her rich imagination. Molly's over-active mind allows her to see people either as completely exaggerated characters, or with "enhancements" of their worst qualities. For instance Connor, the boy that Molly only dated once because he was a little too "hands on"…Well to Molly he appears to sprout multiple arms. The new Goth Girl in school? She looks like an animated character out of "The Corpse Bride”. On date night, the smallest zit is the size of a kiwi. A bad hair day gives someone a coiff like something out of Cirque du Soleil.
Molly's `guilty until proven innocent' approach to the world constantly gets her in trouble. Molly makes a judgment, the judgment blows up in her face (or the faces of those around her), and then Molly spends the rest of her day trying to dig out and make things right. She's like a cute, teenaged, well-intentioned Larry David. With more hair. The truth is, Molly is a great kid who's just trying to save the world one misguided judgment at a time.
